At Elvie, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
